In 2023-2024 we saw a trend that the number one dream job among our target audience was to be an influencer, blogger or youtuber in Kiwi.com’s main markets. In 2023 we tested the waters and ran the hugely succesful World Travel Hackers campaign where we offered everyone the chance to get paid to be an influencer. The only issue was that we could select 7 people out of the hundreds of applications.
So we were faced with a problem and that was, how do we enable every traveller the opportunity to earn rewards for their content and we launched a revolutionary UGC strategy for the industry. An ambassador program where we offer flight vouchers for content creators. In just a few months we amounted over 18,000 applications and 8,000 content creators from around the world. All who have the opportunity to earn for making user-generated content their travel experiences with Kiwi.com. As of the end of 2024 we already had over 4000 pieces of content from our community with big plans to grow the program.
