Kiwi.com: New Zeneration of travel.

Kiwi.com realized that after Covid, people’s travel anxieties only got worse but the travel industry hadn’t really evolved to give travellers peace of mind. Since Kiwi.com was founded on one basic principle, and that is that they put the customer first, the company decided to do a major switch in it’s product strategy. In 2024 Kiwi.com launched a revolutionary product for the travel industry, their all-new Kiwi.com Guarantee. This was a service that people can get when they book with Kiwi.com. It offers benefits like instant Kiwi.com credit in case of cancellations or disruptions so that people don’t have to wait months for their refunds and they can book right away.

 

The product strategy was given, so we needed to come up with a campaign that would tell people about this new and improved service from Kiwi.com. This is how the campaign was born, “A new zeneration of travel”. Kiwi.com’s target audience are young travellers, who based on studies, have mental wellness as a key importance to their lives. We wanted to articulate how they would be “Zen” in all situations and Rise above all travel anxieties.

 

The campaign was created in english for global digital channels and then localised into 7 different markets including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Spain & Ukraine. It included both video, OOH, digital and UGC creatives from ambassadors.
